Back from the Moon
Unit! I am finally back from my spring break trip to the moon. Now I am sure you are wondering why I took so long to get back to Earth. Well, when my friends and I went to a party, a guy in a green trench coat carrying a metal wand hacked into our feeds. It temporarily hospitalized me, but we all recovered quickly. One girl though - who I have a bit of a crush on - did not recover quite so quickly. Her feed remained slightly scrambled, but eventually they let her return to her family.
Now that I am back, I really hope that I am able to hang out with her. She's different than all the other girls. The other girls are interested in the newest fashion, lesions, but she is not. She resists conforming to what everyone else does, which means, no lesions for her. Lesions, if you don't know already, are similar to tattoos, but they are slits in your skin so that you see the muscle. Some people even get fake ones.
I think I am going to give Violet a call tomorrow. (Feed, p 45)
